The FITUR 2023 jury announced the Best Booths Awards on the morning of January 20. The stand of La Rioja, created and designed by our team, has been distinguished with the award to the Best Stand in the category of Autonomous Communities and Institutions. An award that comes to add to the two previous ones achieved by the Rioja space, on the three occasions devised by our designer Domingo García, with the prize to the
Best Stand
in the 2021 edition and to the
Best Sustainable Booth
in 2022.
The evaluation criteria established by the jury were based, as usual, on the following criteria ProfessionalismThe stand’s adaptation to the marketing needs of each product, i.e., the capacity for Communication/Promotion with regard to the identification of the stand with the image and the product; and DesignThe degree of originality and innovation is especially noteworthy.
The common thread of the stand is an element so characteristic of the traditional textile crafts of La Rioja, the almazuela. A design in which, through a play of colors that characterizes the landscape of the vineyard in its period of maximum splendor, the different areas of the stand are distributed to show the great diversity of elements that make up the uniqueness of La Rioja as a region and tourist destination. In this way, the different areas of the stand weave the great landscape of flavors, sensations and elements that characterize the Rioja community.
